Itinerary Day 01: Cochin - MunnarWelcome to God’s Own Country – Kerala.  On arrival our delegate picks you up from Cochin airport / Ernakulam and transfers you to Munnar (140 kms /4 hr. Munnar is one of the renowned hill stations of Kerala located on the Western Ghats.  You can enjoy the amazing greenery of Kerala while driving to Munnar. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or just walk around at the hotel compound to enjoy the nature and fresh mountain air.  Overnight stay at Munnar hotel. Day 02: Munnar SightseeingToday, after breakfast, we go for a full day sightseeing of Munnar to enjoy the scenic beauty of nature. We visit Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Eravikulam (Rajmalai) National Park where you can see the Nilgiri thar – a rare species of mountain goat and enjoy the photo stop at the background of the well organized tea gardens etc. After finishing the sightseeing return to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 03: Munnar - PeriyarAfter breakfast, check out and enjoy drive to Thekkady(120 Kms/ 4 Hrs). Throughout the journey enjoy the eye soothing greenery, occasional waterfalls and small streams. On arrival at Thekkady check into the hotel, freshen up and enjoy coolness of the room.   In the afternoon you can go for a boating in Periyal Lake (Optional) situated inside of the wild life sanctuary. Experience the pleasing view of the calm and crystal clear Periyar Lake and you can see diverse species of birds and animals making a surprising move while monkeys show their tricks to grab your attention. Later in come back to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 04: Periyar - HouseboatToday we drive to 145 kms /4 hr to Alleppy to experience the amazingly beautiful back water and houseboat cruise.  The beautiful Alleppy back waters are also known as ‘Venice of the East’ across the world. On arrival at houseboat embark in to the houseboat to experience a luxurious cruise through the tranquil and greenly shadowed back waters and canals.  In the evening you can enjoy the sun – set and the magical color that is added by the golden slumbers as sun bids good evening and good night to all of us. Overnight stay at houseboat. Day 05: Houseboat - Cochin (Departure) End of Memorable Holiday IndiaEnjoy the delicious breakfast on houseboat while morning cruise.  By 0900 hr check out from the houseboat and transfer you to Cochin airport / Eranakulam railway station for your further journey on way back to home.
