Itinerary Day: 01: Cochin - MunnarUpon arrival at Cochin Airport / Eranakulam Railway station our representative meets you and transfer to Munnar  (140 Kms / 04 Hrs), one of the renowned hill stations of Kerala, located at 1600m above sea level in Southern Western Ghats.  Throughout the drive enjoy beautiful streams, waterfalls, Rubber - pepper plantation and Tea Gardens.  On arrival at Munnar check into the hotel and enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Day: 02: MunnarAfter breakfast, we take you for a full day sightseeing of Munnar.  Visit the attractions of  Munnar like Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary - home of Nilgiri Thar ( very rare mountain goat), considering the ecological fauna, floral, geo - morphological and zoological significant and Tea gardens. After sightseeing return to hotel for overnight stay. Day: 03: Munnar - KumarakomToday, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and we drive 175 kms / 4 -5 hr to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is famous for it’s the lush green vegetation and its beautiful serene back waters.  On arrival visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary which is a home of rare migratory and local birds.  Later check in at the hotel. Evening you can  go for Sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy and explore the beauty of backwater with lovely view all around by just relaxing near Vembanadu Lake. Overnight stay at Kumarakom hotel. Day 04: HouseboatMorning at leisure at resort. Later we drive to Alleppey by surface to enjoy the houseboat cruise in one of the famous backwater destinations in Kerala. On arrival at Alleppy our representative will greet you and help you to check in at house boat around1230 hrs. Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat.  Sit back and enjoy the welcome drink while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals and scenic beauty of Alleppey.  You could hear the twinkle of a shining star or diving of fish around you to say hello by waving its tail from the lake.  Enjoy the delicious Lunch, evening Tea / Coffee with snacks and dinner at houseboat.  Overnight stay on House Boat. Day: 05: Houseboat - Kovalam After breakfast, by 0900 Hrs disembark from the Houseboat at Alleppey and further we drive 190 kms / 4-5 hr to Kovalam, one of the distinguished  Beaches of  Kerala. "Kovalam" means a grove of coconut trees and true to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees.  On arrival at Kovalam check into Hotel.  Rest of the day you can spend your precious moments at the white sandy beach of Kovalam.  Overnight stay at Kovalam Hotel. Day: 06: Kovalam – Trivandrum - KovalamAfter breakfast, get ready for a day trip to Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala. Trivandrum is also called as Thiruvananthapuram  which means ‘City of Lord Anantha’. We visit The Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Museum, Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple.  After sightseeing of Trivandrum return to hotel for overnight stay.
