Lunch
Normally traditional food is given i.e. Rice, Sambar, 3 Vegetables, fish fry, pickle, sweets and papad are offered for lunch. However if you want to have other food then you have to inform the tour operator on the time of your booking.

Evening Tea/Snacks
In evening time tea with crunchy banana fry or other north Indian snacks items are provided.

Dinner
Chappathy, Rice Dal, Chicken curry, vegetables are offered for your dinner. You also can buy anything and hand it over to the chef he will cook for you. You also can ask your tour operator to change the menu well before hand.

Breakfast
Bread with butter, jam, omelets along with the some south Indian food items like dosa, idly with sambar and coconut chutney along with the tea and coffee are the options for breakfast.

Drinking Water
Branded bottled water is used as drinking water. Two bottles per person

Vegetables and other Consumables 
Ultimate care is given in selection of vegetables, fish and chicken etc. Fresh and seasonal vegetables are used along with the fresh fish and chicken which are very hygienic.

Crockery 
All utensils and crockery are new and very hygienic, extra care is given to keep it safe and clean.

Cooking Oil
Well to prepare the food on board Refined Sunflower Oil is used in all food.

Storage of Foods
Proper hygienic and safe storage facility is available for proper storage of rice, vegetables, spices and oils.

Preparation of Food
Well trained staff is available for preparing the food and serving it very fresh and tasty, giving importance to hygiene.


Important noteMenu can be altered according to the likes of clients but has to be informed in advance. For example, North Indian clients can avail dal fry, alu gobi, gobi Manchurian, chili chicken, ginger chicken, chili fish etc and food can be prepared according to their taste buds and preferences. Whereas foreign clients can avail food especially with less spice or without spice as per their wants, but has to be informed earlier.
Guest also can buy fresh prawn, crabs, karimeen or any kind of fish as along their cruise from the fishermen or on their catch and hand it over to our chef who will with pleasure prepare for you, without any additional charges.
